Hi hun, I'm fantastic at booking but useless at making changes. My home diary says I have an appointment with you next Tues 6/10/2020 at 11.15am which I can't make now. I did what you said and went to cancel in your calendar but it says I have no bookings even though I had booked again on 20/10/2020 at 1.30pm. Did you cancel them after I FB messaged you? If yes then thank you hun and sorry to be a pain. I actually still wanted that 20th apptmnt so I will go back in and make another time soon. So this message is to confirm I cannot make it next Tues 6/10/2020 at 11.15am. Thank you xx

Morning Ange....would you prefer for me to pay you cash at our appt or pay online? Also do I need to pick up the numbing cream prior to appt this afternoon?
